To reduce the power level in the device, the following functions are provided:
- If the device is inactive for a given period, it will automatically reduce the amount of power consumed.
- By default, the waiting time before transferring the device to Economic Energy Consumption Mode is 1 minute.This period can be changed.
Waiting mode (sleep mode)
- If the device is not in use for a certain period of time or the “Energy Save” button is pressed, the device enters standby mode to reduce power consumption.
- The default delay time after the device enters "Sleep" mode is 14 minutes.This period can be changed.
- While sleeping, the device can print tasks sent from the computer.
